I don't want to change it if I don't know exactly what to do. I found Command bar in Regedit, but I don't know what you mean by making a new DWORD. My Address bar takes up a whole line and can't be shortened or moved either. I agree- I don't like the Command bar either, because it takes up so much space and can't be moved around like the other toolbars.
